Conditions for treatment

Insurance, payment and reimbursement
As a therapist of your choice, you will receive an invoice for the entire duration of therapy after the therapy has ended. After direct payment of my invoice,issued at the end of the course of treatment, you can apply to your health insurance provider for any (partial)reimbursement.
Therefore your referral should be approved by your health insurance provider before treatment starts. I am not allowed to carry out therapy without a prescription!
In order to be able to carry out therapy, I need a prescription for physiotherapy, which you can get from your family doctor or doctor. Please take this with you to your first appointment.

Approval by the health insurance company
Physiotherapy must be approved by the respective health insurance company.

What to bring

Please bring any results (hospital, MRI, CT, X-ray, etc.)to the first appointment. Results are not absolutely necessary, but they help find the right treatment.

For hygiene reasons, please bring a sheet or large bath towel with you to each therapy session.

Clothing
Wear comfortable clothing for physical therapy or bring a change of clothes with you.

Appointments and cancellation

Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m, by appointment only
Appointments can be made using the contact form, by phone or by email. I will let you know the next available date (depending on your booking situation) directly in my response.

Cancellation
An appointment is charged if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
